Letters of support for Partners
Discussion on whether or not Partners In Care should write letters of support for providers going for various grants. Darlene stated that this issue had been brought up in the past and her recollection
was that PIC was in support of this action as long as it was general and referred to their attendance and activities in regards
to Partners In Care. Darlene will confirm what the prior decision was. A letter from PIC would confirm that they are an active member of our coalition, but not that PIC necessarily
supports the specific goals. Laura suggested creation of a form letter that could
be sent out quickly, but more specific letters could be drafted if needed. Org
dev committee to review and recommend a procedure.
Nominations for PIC Executive
Team 2007-2008. Leslie U. handed out ballots to all members with Letter of commitment on file.
Several commitment letters were turned in during the meeting. Nominees
